Our Story
An evolution in Calgary’s skyline
Inspired by the unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains, the three towers feature glazing that ranges from clear to blue. Each is capped with a distinctly slanted, translucent roofline that reflects the mountain peaks. The luxury multi-residential towers will accommodate over 500 suites with one, two and three-bedroom options, plus luxurious penthouses.
Central to the three towers is an amenity, fitness, and recreation area for all residents. Each tower also features its own exclusive amenity space at the penthouse level. An expansive podium at the base of the towers provides 90,000 square feet (8,361 square meters) retail space throughout the first and second floors. The site is close to two LRT stations, a major park, and minutes from the River Valley pathway system.

As community wellbeing is at the heart of our philosophy, Cidex is proud to have collaborated with world-renowned architect Yahya Jan, President, and Design Director at NORR, on this sophisticated layered development.
Pulling inspiration from superlative works of Dubai architecture, the development includes three mixed-use towers of residential, retail, and office space. Working in close collaboration, NORR's Calgary and Dubai offices worked in tandem with Cidex to bring our creative vision for Calgary's skyline to life. In a world where terms of ‘luxury’ and ‘iconic’ are traded so easily, West Village Towers rises to the top. Cidex’s philosophy has always been grounded in building meaningful change by repurposing and transforming communities, one corner at a time.
